Built the complete backend for an Australian social marketplace from scratch. Designed race-condition safe booking flows using PostgreSQL advisory locks, implemented Stripe Connect C2C payouts with a 60% check-in guard, and built real-time features with Socket.IO. Led a full AWS infrastructure migration - EC2, RDS, SES - with zero downtime.

What is a fractional tech partner?
A fractional tech partner is the technology owner for your product without the cost of a full-time CTO or an in-house engineering team. I design, build, run, and scale your software on a monthly basis, so you can stay focused on growing the business instead of managing developers.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer or an agency?
A freelancer delivers a task and leaves; an agency bills by the hour and rotates staff. As a fractional tech partner I take long-term ownership of one or two products at a time — the same engineer designs the architecture, ships the features, and stays on call after launch. You get continuity and accountability, not a handoff.
Do you work with startups in the UK and Switzerland?
Yes. I work remotely with founders in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States, and I built and run a live marketplace for an Australian company. Working from India, my hours overlap cleanly with European mornings and UK working days.
What kinds of products do you build?
Production backend systems and APIs, payments and marketplaces (Stripe Connect, multi-party payouts, escrow logic), web and mobile apps (React and React Native), and AI / automation pipelines. I've shipped all of these in production, including a booking marketplace, a multi-tenant content SaaS, and an offline desktop AI app.
